Repetitive Strain

Repetitive strain injuries are diagnosed as conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, tendonitis and tennis elbow. Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) are cumulative and develop over a period of time. These painful conditions are a result of performing the same task in the same range of motion over and over without taking precautionary measures and eliminating the predisposing causative factors. Repetitive strain injuries affect men and women of all age groups. Most repetitive strain injuries are conditions that can be prevented.

RSI is on the rise. Below, are the statistics provided by the U.S. Bureau of Labor. Remember these reflect only the number of cases which have been reported.
